The Adelaide Hills fencing Club are proud to continue to offer the strength & conditioning class run by qualified personal trainer Hannah Stubing.

The training sessions will run on Saturday mornings for the first 9 weeks of Term 2 from 9.40 - 10.30 am, commencing Sat 29 July.

The sessions are run prior to training on Saturday mornings, and will replace regular warm-up games and footwork. Therefore this training is aimed at those more advanced fencers.

If you are receiving this e-mail invitation you qualify to attend this training.

The training level and intensity will not be suitable for younger members. If you have been attending the club for less that 2 years or are younger than 12 please consult Dov or Carlos before signing up.
