The Adelaide Hills fencing Club are proud to continue to offer the strength & conditioning class run by qualified personal trainer Hannah Stubing.
The training sessions will run on Saturday mornings for the first 8 weeks of Term 4 from 9.40 - 10.30 am, commencing Sat 21 Oct.
The sessions are run prior to training on Saturday mornings, and will replace regular warm-up games and footwork. Therefore this training is aimed at those more advanced fencers.

The training level and intensity will not be suitable for younger members. If you have been attending the club for less that 2 years or are younger than 12 please consult Dov or Carlos before signing up.
