The Adelaide Hills fencing Club are proud to present the Montoya Challenge; future Olympian strength & conditioning class run by qualified personal trainer Hannah Stubing.
The training sessions will run on Saturday mornings for the entirety of Term 4 from 9.40 - 10.30 am.
The sessions are run prior to training on Saturday mornings, and will replace regular warm-up games and footwork. Therefore this training is aimed at those more advanced fencers who have been competing regularly at state level competitions and are training at the club on both Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings.
The training level and intensity will not be suitable for younger members. If you have been attending the club for less that 2 years or are younger than 12 please consult Dov or Carlos before signing up.
